Any TCX reference, dyed in this building

To a TCX number, to a physical swatch, or to a piece of your previous production. Below are the ones we have run so far, each approved as a dip before it ran. The label under each shade is the kind of reference it was matched to, not a code you can order against.

Indication only

Every colour on this page is a screen approximation, not a standard. The card is dyed cord on paper and it is the only version of these shades worth judging.

Ask for the card. We post it.

Send us the reference

Whatever you have — a number, a swatch, or a piece of last season's production. Four steps, and nothing runs until you have approved the dip in writing.

Reference in

  1. Step

    01

    You send a reference

A TCX number, a physical swatch, or a piece of previous production. A screen grab is not a reference.

  2. Step

    02

    We dye a lab dip

In our own dye house, on site. 90,000 kg a month of capacity, so your dip is not queued behind a bulk run.

  3. Step

    03

It is assessed under controlled light

D65 in a lighting cabinet, cross checked under TL84 and incandescent. Metamerism is caught here, not on your floor.

  4. Step

    04

    You approve it in writing

The approved swatch is retained here, so a repeat is matched to the same physical standard, not to a memory.

Dip approved

Name your reference.

Screen proofs are not accepted as approval, so nothing you type here commits you to anything — it commits us to sending you a dip.

Quality & compliance

Certificates you can verify. Claims we do not stretch.

Quality, chemical safety, recycled content, environment and labour: each certified by an independent body, each issued and current. Ask for any certificate and we send it, so your compliance team can verify it with the issuing body directly.Quality, chemical safety, recycled content, environment and labour: each certified by an independent body, each issued and current. Need something not listed? Ask, and if we do not hold it we will say so.

Questions we are asked, and the answers

Sixteen questions in five subjects. Five we cannot answer yet, marked on the closed row.Sixteen questions in five subjects. Five of them we cannot answer yet, and those are marked on the closed row so you do not have to open one to find a gap.

What we make

  • Draw cord, twill tape, elastic cord, jacquard tape and elastic, webbing belt, gallus, silicon tipping, metal tipping and eyelets, and the range is still growing. Draw cord runs at 6,000,000 m a month, twill tape at 3,000,000 m, tipping at 5,000,000 pcs.

What we will not do

02 questions

  • We will not tell you, and we will not tell them about you either. What we will say is that we supply trims to European and North American high street retailers through Pakistani export houses. A supplier who names their customers to win your business will name you to win someone else’s.

Not here? Write to the chief executive. He answers.

Two ways in

One of them is a phone number, and that is deliberate.

I have a specification

One row per product, with construction, width and quantity. Attach a swatch or an artwork. We quote from the sheet you send.

  • Reply within one working day
  • Quotation, not a brochure

I have a question

Ask the person who owns the factory. No agent, no switchboard, no form to fill in first.
